Applied online and got an email the next week for an online interview. It was a video interview where I had to record a 60 second answer to a few questions online. I could re-record as many times as I wanted. The next day I got another email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted an hour and was a good dialogue. I learned a lot about Coleman and the job. I did a resume walkthrough and explained how I would work through an example work situation. They were interested in my foreign language skills and if I could make calls in German. Sounds like they are expanding in Raleigh and have good opportunities. I got an email the next week saying I would not be invited for an in-person interview.

The company's recruiters found me on LinkedIn. Following that, I had two phone interviews, and then an in-person interview at their office in Raleigh. The phone interviews were about 30 to 60 minutes long. They mainly covered company background and information, with a short Q&A. The in-person interview took place at their Raleigh office and lasted one to two hours. It involved meeting three project managers from different departments. We discussed my background and personal history, and they assessed my personality and behavior to see if I'd be a good fit for the role.

I applied online. I had a phone interview and a video interview before they invited me to the office. I got rejected after going to the office. I didn't really want this job anyway because it wasn't actual research; it was more about finding experts for clients for investment decisions. In the office, I met a manager, two junior people, and the training manager. The salary wasn't great either, $36,000 isn't competitive, and I made more than that before. I'm not sure why they rejected me, but I'll find something better.
