The interview was pretty standard. I talked to 6 people in total, and I got a good feel for the company and the role, and the work environment from all of them. They gave me a take-home test before one of the interviews. The next interview was mostly about that take-home test and included a mock cold-call. The most annoying thing was that despite everyone saying things were going great and they wanted to move forward, I got a short, unhelpful rejection email two weeks after my final interviews.

Behavioral Technical

The interview started with a recruiter call to check for basic fit. After that, I was informed if the recruiting manager and others were interested in proceeding. This was followed by a Skype interview where I spoke with multiple people sequentially. It was an unusual setup, and there was no group video call. One interviewer, likely the manager, was unable to join. This felt unprofessional and didn't make a good impression, especially considering the time I invested. The overall intellectual caliber of the interviewers seemed low, suggesting a focus on recent graduates.
