Case Manager
It was a 2 part interview process where I was asked questions relevant to the position and my fit for the team. First, I interviewed with the director of case management, and then I interviewed with the CO of the company. After an offer was made, I had to complete a background check and submit my driving record.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What do you know about local resources?
- Can you describe your past experience?
Financial Analyst
There were two rounds for the interview. The difficulty was average. It was mostly behavioral questions and questions about me and why I want to join their company. The interviewers were young and the whole thing was about an hour, and it went by really fast.

The interview process was very professional! They asked basic questions and were very welcoming. They were very complimentary. They highly value presentation and thoughtful / honest self review. Be honest and be professional and there shouldn't be a problem!
