So the interview process was okay, it started with a questionnaire that had about 17 questions, and then there was a typing test. Overall, the whole thing felt really overloaded, like they were deliberately trying to get rid of people who weren't really up for the work.

It was a three-part interview process, with two interviews done digitally and a final one in person at their office where I had to present and hand over my portfolio for review. The main contact person was responsive initially but became uncommunicative when I asked more in-depth questions, even after they extended an offer.

This was my first interview without an agency, so I was pretty nervous. Looking back, it was a three-part process. First, the main company's recruiter chatted with me, giving me the lowdown on company structure and asking general questions about my experience based on the job description. Then, I met with the three main leaders I'd be working with. They shared insights into the office vibe and how the real estate agents do their thing day-to-day. Finally, the office manager gave me a tour of the place to make sure I still liked it, which was a nice touch.
