Cashier
It was a quick interview that focused on customer service abilities, how well I can handle money, and my problem-solving skills. Since I was just doing it for the summer, it was pretty laid-back.

I applied online but didn't hear back, so I walked in and handed my resume to a manager since the store was new and hiring. They told me to come back that weekend for a group interview with about 15 other people. We each had to sing for 30 seconds, then split into groups of three to create a skit. After that, we were asked general interview questions, and we had to volunteer to answer. We were told we'd be contacted if we moved on. A few days later, I got a call for a second interview with two employees. They asked more about me and my work ethic. I was hired and told to start training the next week.

We met up at the store, and had to wait around 20 minutes for the managers to arrive. There were 17 of us total in the group interview, and it lasted for about 2 hours. The managers were not very nice and clearly had some favorites. They asked us to introduce ourselves, talk about our hobbies, and say why we wanted the job. Then, we got into a group and had to perform a song.
