A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we had a good chat about my background and experience. It seemed to go well, but then I didn't hear anything back about what the next steps would be.

The interview process was quite drawn out, lasting over two months, and left a negative impression. Communication with the recruiter was poor, and I was given unusual test tasks. Ultimately, I went through four interviews over that two-month period without a positive outcome.

The interview was with a 3rd party recruiter, and it was only 15 mins. They were looking for a graphic designer for colorful designs, not a UX designer, so it was a waste of time. None of the interviewers had their camera on, and one was on his phone. They cut me off halfway through my product presentation to see something colorful. I would not recommend this role to future UX candidates.

Confirmed questions1 question

Behavioral Case

It was okay. Not too hard. It lasted 30 minutes. We talked about my past cases, KPIs, and performance, along with the problems and solutions. It was a good talk about the job, what they expect, and my background. I got to share my experience and current focus, and I understand the position and team better now.
