It was a tough interview process, but the engineers were really sharp and knew their stuff. There were 3 interviews and a coding challenge. It was a lot of work, but it was totally worth it because I got the job! It's the best job I've ever had, and I'm having so much fun.

It was a terrible experience. The interviewers were so rude and condescending, like I was trying to get into a frat instead of a job. Seriously, avoid this place if you can.

Behavioral Coding Technical

Was contacted about a month after applying. The process felt a bit disorganized from the start. There was a phone technical screen with someone who might have been the Engineering Lead or a co-founder. They came across as a bit condescending, with a typical startup vibe. The interview included a general chat about my background and skills, some questions based on my resume, and a live coding session. After about an hour, I wasn't even given a chance to ask my own questions, which was disappointing. It's important to remember that candidates are interviewing the company too, not just the other way around. This company could benefit from an interviewer with more experience in managing the interview process and interacting with people.
