Had three interviews. The first one was a coding interview, and the other two were concept discussions. They were all pretty broad industry and LLM knowledge. They continued and narrowed in on more specific concepts as we went along. It was fair and shouldn't require preparation.

It wasn't a great experience, the recruiter didn't mention they needed someone super technical. The hiring manager was surprised by my background, which made it a waste of time for both of us. The HM was surprised, making it a waste of time.

Had an HR call, then a first round with the hiring manager. After that, there was a 48-hour case round. Finally, a 2-hour interview. Overall it was average difficulty, but it takes a lot of effort from the candidate to invest in this, and the only payoff is if you actually get the job.
