I went in for an interview and they said they'd get back to me, but I never heard anything. I followed up twice and still nothing. I don't really need the job, but I would have appreciated some kind of response so I didn't feel like I was waiting for no reason. I'd leave a bad review if I could.

I chatted with the store manager first, and then the owner interviewed me. They wanted to know about my education, my experience both in clinical practice and sales, my availability, and what I'm looking to earn. They also showed me around the exam room and let me see the instruments, asking if I knew how to use the clinical machinery they had.

I applied online to a posting that was pretty vague. The next day, the receptionist called to see if I was still looking for work, and I agreed to an interview for the following day. When I got there early, I had to fill out an application, which took about 15 minutes, even though I had already submitted one online. By the time I met with the interviewer, it was already 25 minutes past my scheduled time. She had a copy of my resume, which was nice, but I already had one. She mostly just described the job, which turned out to be more of a head of maintenance role than what I expected. She didn't really ask about my skills or why I wanted to work there. I asked about the toughest part of the job, and she said it would just be stressful all day. At that point, I wasn't really interested anymore. I was told a decision would be made in a couple of days for a second interview, but I decided the company culture wasn't for me after I left.

I found the job on Craigslist and applied with my resume and contact info. I got a call back for an interview within a few days. Two corporate interviewers, who represented my former boss's franchisor, interviewed me. They were really nice and charming, like you'd expect from a service company. I like the company, but the franchisee I worked for was unprofessional.
