Data Manager
It was a 6-step process: first a phone call, then a zoom meeting, then I visited the corporate office where I met people from all departments. After that, I got the offer letter and accepted the job. The discussions were mainly about my past experiences and also about my future career aspirations.

Mobile Leasing Consultant
I had a video call with the recruiter, and I let her know I had another job offer with a deadline for response, but I really wanted to work for Cohen Esrey. She mentioned she liked my background and would speed up my application to the hiring manager. I ended up turning down the other job offer and then got ghosted by the recruiter. I emailed her three times, and she never replied. Now I'm jobless. I should have trusted my instincts and taken the other job.
- Can you tell me about your experience and if you are alright with traveling 30% of the time?
Leasing Manager
I applied through a job board and then got an email to set up an initial Zoom interview. After that interview, I had to complete a long assessment. They didn't mention a second interview was needed, but then I got another email from a different person for a second Zoom interview.
- What about this role caught your attention?
Director of Compliance
Initial phone screening, then a face-to-face "shark pit" panel interview with 7 people. After that, a lengthy personality test for core values. HR staff were friendly and accommodating. Followed by drug and background screening.
