Intern
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a behavioral phone screen. Then, I moved on to the next stage, which was a technical phone screen with two engineers. They gave me three LeetCode easy problems to solve within an hour. The recruiters were responsive, getting back to me a few days after each stage. Even though they were helpful, I didn't receive an offer.
- Could you explain your interest in Cogo?
- Can you solve the 2 Sum problem?
Intern
I applied online and didn't get any referral or campus visit. The first step was a 30-minute phone screen, and at the very end, they asked me a super basic programming question. About a week or two later, they followed up with a 1-hour Skype technical interview using CoderPad. The question was a medium-difficulty LeetCode-style problem. I got the offer a few days after the interview.
- Could you reverse a string?
- The technical interview involved a graph-related problem.
Intern
I found the job online and they got back to me after a few weeks to do a phone interview. The hiring manager rescheduled it last minute which was a bit annoying, but after we did it a couple days later, they called me a week after that to set up a second interview. Since I was out of the country, I asked if we could do it over skype and they said yes. This interview involved a problem-solving part where I had to explain my thinking out loud while working through a mid-level probability question. Both interviews went well, but I didn't end up getting an offer.
- Could you please solve this probability problem and explain your thought process to reach the solution?
