Behavioral Presentation

I had an initial chat with HR and then a call with my potential line manager. For the second call, I was asked to prepare a presentation about why I'm a good fit for Cognism and to show them something. They also told me who the third and final interview would be with. A week after the second call, I got an email saying I wasn't successful, and that was it. I emailed HR back to let them know I'd done the presentation, but they didn't even bother to reply. It was a really unprofessional experience, makes you think what it would be like to actually work there!!

Presentation Behavioral Other

The interview process involved three stages. Two stages were conducted via Zoom, and one stage was an in-person presentation. While the presentation wasn't what they were looking for in the end, it was a standard process for a CSM interview. It was unfortunate that one interviewer was on their phone during the presentation. As a team lead, I expected more professionalism and respect, especially since I took time off work and traveled a significant distance to be there. In the future, I would suggest not attending if other urgent matters require your attention or at least put the phone away.

It was a good, pleasant experience overall and I felt like I would fit in with the team. The first round was a face-to-face interview, and then I had a second interview with different team members. The process took a bit longer than usual because I initially interviewed for a sales role before switching to the customer success manager position.
