Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cogent E Services.
Customer Service Associate
The interview had two parts. The first was a basic introduction along with a pronunciation test where I had to say words written on a blackboard. The interviewer advised to be confident and take my time speaking. The interviewer himself spoke quickly, sometimes making it hard to understand even simple words like 'close the door', but he kindly repeated himself when needed. The second part involved a typing test and some basic questions. My advice is to be honest and confident, and take your time to think before answering.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What do you typically do in the morning?
- What are your thoughts on salary?
Customer Service Representative
I had an interview with the customer service manager over a video call. It was a professional conversation that lasted about twenty minutes. They asked me about myself and my education.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Could you share details about your educational background?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was really straightforward. It started with a normal HR interview, followed by a versent test. Then, there was a manager round. It wasn't a difficult interview at all, very easy to crack. After that, salary negotiation happens, and you can negotiate if you'd like. Cogent e services is a third-party company involved.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- What are your hobbies?
