Long interview process, with online and in-person stages. I waited for months for a response after traveling to another state and never even got an email or call informing me of my rejection. They always preach that ETHICS is a fundamental value in the company, but favoritism played a big role in the candidate selection. Especially since advanced English was an essential skill for the job and this was not properly considered.
