Behavioral Technical

The selection process went like this: First, a get-to-know-you phone call. Then, an online test covering verbal comprehension and logic. Finally, an in-person interview and a company visit. During the in-person stage, there was a chat with the technical director and time for me to ask questions. I rate the process negatively because, even though there were questions, they didn't clarify what the actual duties, operational tasks, and training program for the graduate program would be.

Behavioral Case Group Presentation

The interview process starts with a one-on-one with HR. Following that, there's a 3-hour group assessment where you'll collaborate with 5 other candidates. During this assessment, you'll be presented with cases to discuss, some of an organizational nature and others analytical. There isn't a single correct answer; the key is to demonstrate your collaborative spirit.

First I spoke with the recruiter. Then I had an interview with the head of the reporting area and two people from HR. The interview had two parts: first I talked about my skills, then they explained the job. I didn't get any feedback. It felt unprofessional and not what I'd expect from a company like this.
