Analyst
First, there was an HR Screening, it was a short call where we talked about my background, if I understood the role, when I'm available, and what salary I was expecting. Then came a Technical Assessment, which was an online test. It focused on SQL, covering things like joins, group by, and aggregations, and also basic Python, specifically using Pandas for data manipulation. The questions were practical and related to the job. After that, I had a Technical Interview, which was a one-on-one with someone from the team. We talked about my past projects, my SQL logic, how I approach data cleaning, and some problem-solving scenarios. Some questions were about analytical thinking and how things work in the real world. Finally, there was a Final HR Discussion where we went over the role's responsibilities, the work culture, compensation details, and my joining timeline.

- What are your skills with SQL joins?

Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved three main stages: first, a group discussion, followed by a one-on-one interview focusing on how well you communicate and think, and finally, an HR interview to see if you'd be a good fit for the company culture.
- They asked me questions based on hypothetical scenarios to see how I would react in certain situations.
- All the questions were designed to assess my response to different scenarios.
- The questions were scenario-based, evaluating my likely actions in given situations.
Software Engineer
So first up, they looked at my resume to see if I was a good fit. Then, a quick chat with HR to go over my background and what I was looking for. After that, a technical round to check out my skills and how I solve problems. If I passed that, I had a longer interview with the hiring manager to see if I'd fit in with the team. Sometimes, they give you an assignment or case study to test your practical skills. Once all the interviews are done, the team gets together to discuss everyone's performance. If you make the cut, you get an offer with all the details on pay, the job, and how to get started.
- Do you have experience with SQL?
- Can you tell me about your experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)?
- What is your proficiency with Excel?
Admissions Counselor
The interview process was smooth yet slightly lengthy, consisting of three well-structured rounds. The first was a Group Discussion (GD) to assess communication and teamwork. The second round focused on sales skills, evaluating persuasion and problem-solving abilities. The final HR round determined cultural fit and career alignment. Each stage was engaging, providing a fair chance to showcase strengths.
- How would you convince a student to choose a specific University for their admission?
- Why are you interested in a sales career or making a career switch?
- Can you convince a student's parents to enroll them in the university within 2 minutes?
