The process was pretty straightforward. They asked some basic questions like telling about myself and walking through my resume. We also discussed my coding experience and my willingness to learn new languages. Then, we talked about my teaching experience.

The process was pretty straightforward. It involved discussing your resume, your coding skills, and your teaching background. That was it. No technical challenges like LeetCode or behavioral questions were included. As long as you could communicate effectively and discuss your experience, you'd be fine.
- Can you share your teaching experience?

I had a great back-and-forth with Coding Minds Academy the whole time. The first interview was 40-min by Zoom and the recruiter was very clear, professional, and positive. The second interview was 60-min by Zoom and the communication was casual and straightforward. The whole process took one week.
