Got this opportunity from college campus placement. Had 3 telephonic HR calls and wasn't paid anything for it. Normal behavior and easy to crack as a college fresher.

The interviewer was super friendly. The questions were easy, mostly about my projects and a basic introduction. They were really focused on my communication skills, saying confidence is key. There were two rounds in total. The last round was with the hiring manager and that was also easy.

The hiring timeline can really change depending on the company you're applying to and the specific job, but here's a general idea of what to expect: 1. Application and Screening: You'll send in your resume, probably through an online form. HR or a recruiter will then look at it to see if you match what they're looking for. 2. Initial Contact: A recruiter might call or video chat with you to talk about your experience, the job itself, and if you're interested. This is usually more about seeing if you're a good fit than testing your skills. 3. First Round Interview: This could be a technical interview or a skills test, especially for technical jobs. For other jobs, it might be about your past work. You should also be ready for behavioral questions, where they ask how you've handled different work situations using the STAR method.
