First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Code3.
Strategist
The interview process was well-explained and moved quickly. I had a preliminary interview with a TA, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with two members of the team.
- Can you describe your experience working with agencies in the past?
Account Manager
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter who invited me to a 20-minute first-round interview. The recruiter introduced the role and company, then I interviewed, and I asked some questions. I felt I did well and spoke fluently, but three days later I got an email saying I wasn't selected. I appreciated that the recruiter, Jaclyn, gave me feedback on my interview and explained I wasn't chosen because another candidate's background was a closer match for the specific clients with open roles, which isn't something all recruiters do.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What's a common misconception about you?
Coordinator
It was a pretty simple process. I met with a few people on the team at different times. The first set of interviews were short, about 15 minutes, and the second one was 30 minutes. They asked general questions about the company and also some that focused on skills.
- What makes you want to join Code3?
Team Lead
It was a 4-part interview process. I met with HR, the hiring manager, some peers, and some leadership. The hardest parts were with the hiring manager and peers, but they were all really nice. The whole process was well organized using Greenhouse.
- What is your perspective on a strategic account structure?
