First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness.
Psychotherapist
We had a group interview where I answered situational questions. It was an easy and comfortable experience, and I felt positive about the agency afterwards. However, dealing with HR was a different story. They initially offered me the wrong job and insisted it was correct. It took them 4 weeks to offer me the right position, and they were unresponsive to calls throughout the process. In hindsight, this should have been a warning sign.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Recovery Coach
I applied online and then was asked to go back and complete the pre-screen questions. After that, there was a telephone interview, followed by a panel interview. The background check is done after that and takes about 3 weeks. I know the background check takes 5-7 days, so I would call my references and give them a heads up.
- What makes you want to work for CODAC?
Case Manager
I applied online and then had a phone interview a few days after. The phone interview was mostly customer service type questions. After passing the phone interview, I had to take a short online quiz assessing math skills and typing speed. Following that, I participated in a group interview that was pretty straightforward.
- How would you identify a member who is suicidal?
Membership Specialist
The interview process involved a phone call first, then a panel interview. I was asked questions about the industry and my customer service experience, as well as my personal growth. It felt like a pretty standard process. The final step was shadowing the position.
- Tell me about a challenging customer service situation you faced and how you resolved it.
- Can you share an instance of a difficult customer interaction and your approach to handling it?
