So first I got a call from HR, just checking in about where I work, my education, and what I'm aiming for. They were really nice and professional. I was a bit tied up at first and asked them to call back, which they did right on time. Still busy, I asked again, and yup, they called back exactly when I said. After that initial chat, they set up a Zoom meeting. A technical person from the US interviewed me. They were super polite and said HR would let me know the result the next morning. True to their word, HR called, and we talked about salary, and they just sorted it out right there. Then we chatted about when I could start. Honestly, out of the 40+ interviews I've done, this was by far the best experience.

The interview was a Zoom Video Call with an interviewer from the USA. I'm not sure if they were from a recruitment background. I wouldn't recommend anyone interview with Cocosoft.
