The interviewers, two of them, had a poker face the entire time and didn't give me any feedback like people normally do in conversations. They didn't nod or say anything after I spoke, which was unnerving. I know it's not their job to make me feel comfortable, but they didn't need to act like that just because Coca-Cola is the top brand. You didn't feel respected as a person at any point, and this was in the South. I can only imagine how it would be elsewhere. I have several college degrees and while I'm not better than anyone, I'd like to feel respected.
