There was a lot of testing, which took a whole afternoon to complete. The interview included a corporate recruiter, then the HR Director and GM Director. These were remote phone interviews. I'd suggest reducing the amount of testing.

It was an assessment centre with other candidates, and if selected, there was an interview. It was for a commercial role, initially involving sales for the first year, and then a commercial or support role. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt comfortable during the interview.

I had a phone chat with an HR person first, and it went pretty well. She asked me what I knew about the company and also reviewed my resume and asked about my past experiences. A couple weeks later, I went in for an in-person meeting with the leadership team. The interview lasted about an hour and they asked a lot of good questions that I think I answered well. I felt like it was a successful interview and I was still really excited about the job. It seems like a good place to work and I think I would have been good at it, even though the job sounded pretty easy for me. Sadly, about a week after, I heard I was no longer being considered.
