Behavioral Presentation

The interview process felt unorganized and didn't really give a good idea of what to expect or prepare for. There were some perks mentioned, but overall it wasn't great. The plant tour was quick, and the job details and responsibilities were explained really vaguely. Make sure you come ready with thoughtful questions, otherwise you'll just get generic answers.

It was a 45-minute virtual panel interview. Neither of the managers had their camera on during the interview. I felt rushed and it was weird that I was the only one with my camera on. Right from the start, the manager said, 'let’s get right to it,' skipping introductions, but asked me to spend 30 seconds explaining my background.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really smooth. It was pretty long, but the HR folks were good and easy to talk to. There were several steps, which was great for seeing if I was a good fit, and overall, it was a good experience. Everything was laid out clearly and organized, which made it feel like they really cared about finding the right people. It gave me a good sense of the company’s vibe and what they value, so I liked it.
