HR screened me first, and then I had a panel interview with managers and supervisors. They wanted to know how I would be an asset and contribute to the company overall.

Area Sales Manager
After screening, candidates selected for the role of Area Sales Manager will have an interview with the line manager. Following this, psychometric tests are administered. If successful at this stage, background checks will be conducted. The entire process takes approximately 8 weeks.
