It was pretty straightforward, they mostly wanted to get to know me and understand why I was interested in the job. They also asked if I'd be okay with the working conditions, like the super early wake-up times and if I could comfortably lift a specific weight.

I had a scheduled interview, but the interviewer never showed up. I was asked to wait an hour and come back, but they were still not there. I left my contact information with the staff and even reached out via message, but I never received a response. This was a complete waste of my time, and their lack of communication, even after I initiated contact, felt unprofessional and rude. It suggests poor management, and I hope others don't experience this.

The interview process was pretty straight forward with a screening interview, second interview with manager, and then final interview with senior leadership. There was an assignment that was provided and had to be completed within 48hrs. HR was pretty forthcoming with the entire process and set expectations from the start. Overall it was a fairly positive interview experience. My only issue was they stated they would provide me with an update in 2 weeks and it took them over a month to get back to me, even after following up with an email.

It was a three-round interview process. The first round was a screening call. Then, I was given a pretty involved assignment with several parts. The third interview involved presenting the work I had done. I didn't hear back after that, so I had to email them to find out I didn't get the job because they decided to go with an internal candidate. The whole process was pretty standard, but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication, especially after putting so many hours into a communication strategy exercise.
