I was contacted via phone and text, then scheduled for a first round interview with other candidates. The interview took place in a break room, which I found to be a weird waste of time.

People were super nice but it felt a bit disorganized. We had some trouble connecting the Zoom for the interview. Both interviewers for the two separate interviews were really friendly and easy to chat with, though they both arrived a bit late.

I had to do 3 interviews. The first was a quick call where they went over basic job info and asked about my experience. Then, I had an in-person interview. This one was longer, gave me more business details, and had tough questions that made me think and also let me ask my own questions. After that, I went to a third round where they asked about day-to-day tasks to see how I'd fit in, and then they offered me the job.

The interview was brief. The hiring manager provided comprehensive details about the role's responsibilities, which differed from the job posting. The interview concluded prematurely when we both determined the position wasn't a suitable match.
