It was a personality-based interview. They asked straightforward questions to understand how I'd fit the company culture since a lot of the tasks are team-oriented. Overall, it was a good experience and a good entry-level job.

they called back to schedule an interview roughly one week after I had submitted my application. the first interview was with an assistant manager, and the second was scheduled a few days later to be held with the general manager. i was then scheduled for orientation the following week, where we watched work safety/instructional videos and completed necessary paperwork.

The interview process is pretty set. You come in for a first interview with a manager, probably the one who will be scheduling with you most of the time, and then a second interview with either the general manager or a higher-ranking manager. The managers try to make you feel comfortable, and they even offered me drinks. Both interviews went well for me. They use a sheet with an availability chart and questions to go along with it. I interviewed in May 2015 and still work at the theater. I was given a chance to move up and got promoted to supervisor in October 2015. It shows that if you work hard, management does notice!

I sent in my application and got a call back about a week later. I had two interviews and then they hired me. Calling or walking in to check on my application was really helpful.
