The interview process was very quick and efficient. I had an interview with the area I would be assigned to, and they contacted me back quickly. At least, that's how it was for me. The company delivers on its promises in all aspects.

It was a 3 round process with a different person in each round. The phone screening part was long and the most detailed. I spoke with the Manufacturing Manager and then the Operations Manager. Each person came from a different perspective. The whole thing took about a month to finish.

So, the interview process started with an English test, kinda like a TOEFL sample exam, and there were 15 people. Then, I had an interview with the HR Director and HR Manager. They asked questions and then suddenly started speaking English. This was with 7 people. After that, I had a second interview with the same people, and again there was a surprise English part, and it was pretty much the same as the first interview, this time with 4 people. I didn't get an offer in the end, but I heard they haven't hired anyone yet.

So, the whole process involved some written stuff and then interviews. I had 5 interviews in total, and they gave me two tests. Funny thing is, they didn't actually have a position open when I applied, but they still hired me, and then later a spot opened up. They took ages to make a decision, even consulting with one of their teammates.
