Best interview experience ever. Had three interviews, two online and one in person. Every interviewer was respectful and professional. Despite my non-native English and limited local experience, they showed no prejudice and gave me an equal opportunity. They truly live their values about being kind and respectful to everyone.
- Could you tell me about your resume?
Front End Developer
The interview process had multiple stages: first, an interview with the P&C Business Partner and Developing Team Manager. Next, a coding assignment was given, followed by a technical interview. The final stage was an interview with the P&C Director, Manager, and Market Director. I passed all stages, and the whole process took about a month. Then there was another month of waiting for feedback and salary negotiation. Ultimately, the recruiter shared they hired someone asking for less than the lower end of the initial salary range, which was 10% less. I couldn't accept that lower salary, making the entire experience a waste of my time.

Support Operations and Systems Manager
I applied for this job at Coates group in late February. A few weeks passed without hearing back, so I reached out internally. My info got passed to the recruiter, who contacted me two weeks later to set up a phone interview. After that, they told me they were in the early stages and I'd hear about next steps in a week or two. Two more weeks went by with no word, so I contacted the recruiter again, but got a bounce-back email saying they'd left the company. A week later, a new recruiter from Coates reached out to schedule a phone interview. After this one, I was told I'd get an email to schedule a panel interview. After the panel, I emailed the recruiter to thank them, and they mentioned they were interviewing for the next two weeks and I should watch for updates. This was early May. I kept emailing the recruiter weekly for updates or to offer more info. Three weeks later, still no updates. Four weeks after the panel interview, the recruiter emailed to say the position was filled. The whole thing took 3 months, and I had two phone interviews and one panel. I emailed weekly to show I was still interested and to make sure I gave them everything they needed.

Account Coordinator
I interviewed for a role on the Supply Chain team at Coates. I wasn't sure if my background fit, but the recruiter was super helpful. She told me about another job that was open, and she even connected me with people in her network and updated my resume for me. I really appreciated that, especially since I'm a recent grad trying to figure out my career path. It was really nice to get that guidance.
