Assistant Project Manager
It was easy and friendly and was conducted at a job site as the required position was for that particular project. Then the following interview was in their offices . First round was by gen superintendent, VP and Proj Exec

The interview process took about a month and was around the holidays. It started with a behavioral interview with HR over the phone, then I had an interview with the team where we talked about project and construction stuff.

During the pandemic it was through zoom. The whole interview was quick so had to be able to make a good impression fast. At the end of the interview ask for contact info like email and phone number and get going from there
