The interviewer was really nice and ended up being my manager. Just be yourself, and you'll get the offer. The interview was mostly behavioral questions, which you can handle with a little prep.

I had an initial screening call with HR and then a two-person interview with the company. The interview process was smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with the KYC/EDD Department. Unfortunately, I was not hired for the position. The only critique I have is that I never received a final follow-up to confirm I was not selected, even after sending emails to HR.

I heard back about my application pretty quickly, within a week, and they put me in touch with an HR recruiter who was my main contact for the whole thing. I ended up doing two virtual interviews, one with HR and then another with the department. The whole process from start to finish took about two weeks. The first interview was pretty structured and they asked some typical behavioral questions. The second one was more of a chat where I talked about my past experience.
