This recruitment process was a complete waste of time and very deceiving, like door-to-door sales. The 'event specialist' job I applied for was mysteriously closed before my first interview, though it was reposted afterwards. During the second round, I learned many of their online postings are misleading; they only hire for pure commission-based door-to-door sales for At&t. My first interview was super brief, about 10 minutes, and I didn't get to talk about my experience. I was just told the job closed and that I'd be contacted about other openings if they were interested. I got invited back for a second interview, where we went off-site for coffee. We didn't order anything, and I got stuck there since I didn't drive. That's when I found out it was actually a door-to-door sales job. The interviewer asked me to justify why I was a better fit than the 15-20 other candidates interviewing that day, instead of trying to impress me. I applied for an event position, so why would I be interested in or a good fit for door-to-door sales? It was so unprofessional. After being driven back to the office, I had to fill out a form with short-answer questions. I told the secretary then that I was no longer continuing with the process. Read this before you fall for their trap!

I got an email about my application, and then HR called me. She set up an interview and told me about the job and company. When I arrived, I waited a bit, chatting with the receptionist. The interviewer was professional, and while I was nervous, his passion for sales and marketing got me excited. I have a second interview later this week.

They do a first round interview to get to know you. Then a second round interview which is more serious and formal. They take you to get coffee and go in detail about the business and let you ask all the questions you have during this time. After that, either they will do a third round interview or they might hire you after the 2nd round, experiences vary.

The interview questions were pretty straightforward and simple. They had me fill out a piece of paper, and one thing that stood out was the question about my five-year goals.
