Got an email and went through an interview, which led to a second round. They told me at the end of that interview that I was moving on to the next round. Weeks later, and after emailing back and forth to set up the last interview round… nothing. Ghosted and never heard from anyone in my hiring process again. This is the second time this happened to me with this company for a role. I’m avoiding this company. There is a lack of professionalism and accountability!

The first stage was a recruiter call, which went well. The second stage was a meeting with the department head, and it went really well; I received excellent personal feedback. However, after that, the recruiter completely ghosted me. I got no explanation about what happened or any feedback, just a very generic automated email.
