The interview process started off well, with prompt interviews and a straightforward case study. However, after the final round, several weeks went by without any updates. I had already received another offer and decided to withdraw from consideration because I accepted a different role. Coalfire did respond to my withdrawal email, informing me they had selected another candidate. This whole situation left me with a poor impression.

It was a pretty standard interview process for a company of this size. They really dug into my resume and asked specific questions about my past experience. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, which made it easy to connect my background to what they were looking for.

The company's recruiter interviewed me. We had a great conversation and it was enjoyable. They asked the typical questions about my background, my motivations for seeking this position, and my understanding of the company. Unfortunately, I later received a rejection email for a job I didn't even apply to, and I never got another response.
