The whole thing was super smooth and easy. I talked to 3 different people, and they were all really good. Super professional and dedicated to what they do. They were honest about the tough parts of the job.

Behavioral Technical

Two straightforward rounds. First, an HR call, then a technical interview, followed by a manager/behavioral round. Everything can be scheduled within a week. HR was very responsive. Just go for it and apply, it's a great company.

Behavioral Other

I was upfront with HR about the commute for the hybrid role, but they agreed to let me be remote after a few weeks. The process included an HR screening, a first round with my potential boss and another manager, and a second/final in-person round with the manager again and another person, plus meeting HR. I interviewed on a Wednesday, was told they had two other candidates, and expected a response in 1-2 weeks. The next day, I received a verbal offer, but 24 hours later, they rescinded it, stating the company wasn't filling the position, which felt like a waste of my time and unprofessional.
