The interview felt like it went on forever, and it was confusing and a lot to handle. The questions weren't really about what makes me qualified and just stuck to basic experience. I had a semi-formal interview with two junior employees who seemed to be my age. It was a friendly chat in a private office room. They mostly asked me for examples of how I dealt with things in past jobs. The other questions were about my personality or how I'd handle hypothetical situations. Since it's a big company, they seemed really focused on finding someone professional and formal when dealing with customers and sticking to the rules.
