Had a random call interview, then an in-person interview the following week. Waited a whole month for an offer, seems like they might have fired someone and are looking for a replacement.

I got referred by someone who works there. After applying, HR called me for a phone interview a few days later. The day after that first interview, I was moved to a second interview with the hiring managers. Both of these interviews focused heavily on behavioral questions. A day after the second interview, they let me know they'd be doing a criminal and credit check. About three business days after that, I got an offer. The whole thing took about three weeks.

This was one of the worst hiring experiences. They showed no respect for my time. It started in late August, I had my first interview on Sept 11. I didn't hear back from the manager until I followed up in early October, only to find out they needed a second interview. I had the second interview around mid-October and then waited over a week to hear back. When I followed up, they said they had 'other priorities.' It's almost December and I still haven't heard anything until I followed up again. The manager then told me they had already made their decision the same day I emailed. They didn't even have the professionalism to tell me directly that I didn't get the job. This is a disgrace and not what the company stands for. They basically led me on the whole time. Disgusting! I wouldn't recommend applying here based on this experience.
