Na primeira etapa, eles me deram a lista de documentos e me mandaram aguardar. Depois, pediram para eu retornar para uma possível vaga de treinamento, onde fiquei o dia todo. Eles pagaram o almoço. No final do dia, pediram para eu retornar para conversar com a gerente do contrato, mas não era uma vaga certa, e pediram para eu aguardar novamente. Acho isso desnecessário, seria mais fácil a entrevista direto com o gerente, para ele aprovar ou não, pois nem sempre temos dinheiro para a passagem para ir e vir tantas vezes. Estou indignada com esse descaso.

It was a humanized and agile process. I felt cared for during the process and felt very comfortable with the people. I was an intern at the time, so I wasn't asked for years of experience and there were no questions outside of reality. It was a light process and the feedback was very quick.
