First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CNS Healthcare.
Supervisor
Had a screening interview over the phone, it was about 15 minutes. Then, I had a video interview with 3 people. The video interview was because of COVID, but it covered everything. They asked about my past experience supervising others and handling tough situations.
- How have you handled an underperforming employee in the past?
Case Manager
It was a quick and easy interview process. If you don't know anyone at the company for a referral, be prepared for a tough interview. They also investigate your personal life, and if they find anything they dislike, they might withdraw your offer during the background check. So, it's important to be a model citizen or have connections if you want to work here.
- No specific questions were asked; they were mostly generic and uninteresting.
Medical Assistant
i applied online and then they emailed me to set up an in person interview which was scheduled for just a few days later. i went in and spoke with two senior employees and they said they'd be in touch. i heard back in the next couple days and got the job and started the following week.
- What are your thoughts on wearing uniforms at the workplace?
Case Manager
I had an interview with the Supervisor and Program Manager. After that, HR handles the background check and makes the final decision.
- I was asked to do a role-play.
