Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty tough but pretty standard. It had two rounds, testing technical abilities and if I'd fit into the company culture. The questions made me think, but the whole setup felt fair and clear. I got a full-time offer after passing both stages, so it was challenging but worth it.

Had a phone screening and then an in-person interview with about 3-4 managers at once. They asked about my experience and some technical questions. It wasn't too bad, but I wasn't impressed with the facility so I did a second visit to a shop floor.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

They set up one extended interview that began with HR questions and then immediately transitioned into a technical interview. This technical part was handled by a panel that included my direct hiring manager, three team members I'd be working with, and one Data Scientist. The Data Scientist probed me on my ML projects, while the rest of the team presented a short case study involving domain-specific challenges, asking for my recommendations for ML solutions. The whole thing was about an hour, give or take.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved asking a lot of questions about negative situations where you thought it was impossible to deal with and how you set up a new goal for that. They also talked about increasing energy efficiency and technology that could lower emissions at industrial sites, advancing it. It seems like a technical screen followed by an onsite, possibly after an initial recruiter call.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about your most impressive achievement.
  • How did you handle a negative situation that felt impossible?
  • What steps did you take to set a new goal when faced with an impossible challenge?
