So CNM has a pretty unique way of interviewing people. Here's what I went through: First, there was a video interview where I had to record myself answering some questions online. You can re-record if you mess up, but be careful, the deadline is noon, not midnight. Next, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. It was pretty chill, like a casual chat and some basic questions. Lastly, I had an in-house interview with three people – two senior staff and one manager. It was a mix of talking and answering questions, depending on who you were speaking with.

I had a 30-minute recruiter chat. The recruiter asked the standard background questions, plus a few job-specific ones like 'tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult coworker' and 'how would you describe your leadership style?'. There were a couple more questions like those, but I can't recall them. This wasn't just a basic screening; they were already asking about specific experiences, so come ready.

I had a conversation with a recruiter. The recruiter mentioned that my previous IT SOX audit experience from outside the US wouldn't be considered relevant experience for this role. Due to this, they could only offer a salary of 100k for what they described as a management-level position. Despite CNM's stated commitment to transparency with candidates and employees, this doesn't seem to be the reality.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really quick and smooth interview process. The interviewers were super friendly and we ended up having a relaxed chat, but they still managed to cover all the technical points. There were three interview stages, and I had to do a face-to-face interview with MY partner and also visit the office.
