The approach was comprehensive and meticulous, focusing on several critical aspects of cloud architecture to ensure both robustness and efficiency. Key areas of emphasis included: 1. Cloud Design: The strategy revolved around creating a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. This involved designing systems that adhered to best practices for architecture, such as implementing microservices, adopting multi-region or hybrid-cloud setups, and ensuring a seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments. Consideration was given to minimizing latency, ensuring compatibility, and optimizing resource utilization to meet business requirements effectively. 2. Cost Optimization: The design prioritized cost-effectiveness without compromising on performance or security. This was achieved by leveraging cloud-native tools and services, such as autoscaling, reserved instances, and spot instances.

Had an interview with two HR people and one coordinator. They asked about my professional background and explained all the job details. They asked about my salary expectations and didn't provide the salary range for the job (famous 'reverse auction' of who offers less). At the end, they said they'd give feedback on date X and didn't. Note. They hire lawyers as 'self-employed', which is worse than hiring as an associate. They said there was no exclusive dedication, but that they 'wanted someone who dedicated more time to the firm'. The lawyer's caseload would be over 600 cases. The job was hybrid and required going to the office on days determined by the team. So, even if they had made an offer, I wouldn't have accepted.

I applied for a summer internship at CMT last spring. About a month after applying, I heard back from HR about an interview. Since I lived out of state, we set up a phone interview for the very next day. The interview was super detailed, mostly about my past work experience and school activities, and how they made me a good fit for CMT. It was about 45 minutes long and was the only interview I had – I got an offer the day after. My best advice is to know your resume inside and out and be ready to talk in detail about everything you've done!

After applying for this job on LinkedIn, I kept getting notifications about my resume being downloaded and opened multiple times. Three weeks later, they reached out. The interview was unusual – just me and a computer, with multi-part questions I had to remember after seeing them for only 60 seconds. It felt unfair because I didn't get to know them or the company to see if it was a good fit. I never spoke to anyone and was ghosted after the awkward video interview.
