The assessment day was super friendly but moved really fast. I had a chat with 1 partner and 1 associate, and it was mostly situational judgement questions. They left me with 10 minutes at the end to ask them questions.

I remember having motivational, competency and situational questions but they may have changed it to include commercial questions this year you never know. For prep I would say prepare early for questions you know are likely to come up in most VIs such as why cms why apprenticeship tell me a time when … etc. Don’t write a script, just have a rough idea about what you would say for certain questions maybe in bullet point form/blurting.
