First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CMS.
Associate Director
The interview process was great and rewarding. The team is mature and interested in candidates. HR was polite and conducted a job-oriented interview with seriousness. They were total professionals with deep knowledge of assessing candidates. The interview was a two-way street, and they asked about my CTC expectations and present salary.
- Can you describe your experience and vision concerning education and understanding?
Vacation Scheme
It was a video interview. They asked tough, specific questions. You should know their clients. I only had about 30 seconds to come up with an answer. The recruitment team was helpful and kind though. I was sick and had to extend the deadline for the interview, which they allowed.
- Which clients do you want to work with the most, and can you explain why?
Senior Software Engineer
They asked me core concepts in nodejs and redux questions, also asked about auth tokens type and whats the information it has in it, then react hooks, react life cycle methods, ES5, ES6 features and more.
- Core concepts in Node.js and Redux?
- What are the types of auth tokens and what information do they contain?
- React Hooks?
Avocat
The process is pretty standard: 3 interviews. First, you chat with HR. Then, you meet with associates. Finally, you have a meeting with other team members. Overall, very typical. Mostly personality-based questions. Part of the interview is in English. The people interviewing you are quite nice and make you feel comfortable. No trick questions. The 3 interviews happen fairly close together. There was a phone pre-interview where they asked about your professional activity wishes.
- How does this firm compare to its competitors?
- Why did you choose this firm?
- Can you describe your personality?
