First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CMR.
Commercial Manager
The process is didactic, and depends on the position you're aiming for, but basically it's a direct one-on-one interview at the HR offices, with trained staff conducting the process.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is your knowledge about this area?
- Can you provide references?
Software Development Engineer
The interview was conducted online and was of average difficulty. The interviewer was friendly and engaging. Initially, there were some non-technical questions, but the on-campus interview included technical questions.
- What drives you and why are you interested in this role?
Brand Coordinator
The first step is an interview with HR, the second interview is with the hiring manager (brand manager), and the third is with the head of the area, in this case, the brand director. They are average 30-minute interviews, all online. There is no interview in English or a practical case study. Unfortunately, there is no follow-up or feedback from the company, and I believe their communication is not open.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Buyer
The interview process was not informative. One interviewer didn't show up, there was no plant tour, and no follow-up. They didn't even provide a correct job description. I left wondering if they actually had a job opening. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
- Did you receive a job description?
