First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CMP.
Sales Associate
Mi hanno chiesto delle mie esperienze precedenti, ho descritto i miei lavori precedenti e di cosa mi occupavo, cosa avrei migliorato e come avrei collaborato in modo propositivo per raggiungere gli obiettivi.
- Could you tell me a bit about your previous experiences?
Planner
It was a good interview process. The first step was an HR interview and then I met with the manager. They asked me questions about my background and behavioral questions. I turned down the offer because I got another job that was closer to my house.
- What makes you want to join CMP?
ESL Teacher
First I had to introduce my academic background and relevant work experience. Then, they asked me some questions about how to teach different student levels and how to create a student-centered classroom.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell us about your academic background and work experience?
- How would you approach teaching students at various levels?
ESL Instructor
I had applied for a different role at CMP, but my resume was forwarded to another department that they felt would be a better fit. It took about two months from my initial application for them to reach out about this other position. They mentioned my experience wasn't quite right for the first job and suggested I consider this new opportunity. I was happy to schedule an interview with the director, and it was a great conversation. He essentially offered me the job right then and there, and I got to meet some of the team.
- We talked for about an hour about the position, the organization, and how I can contribute.
- Nothing particularly surprising came up.
