We reviewed the submitted resumes, then asked for a presentation video where you talk about your story and how you align with the company's DNA. After that, there was a group activity followed by a chat in English with HR, and finally, an interview with the managers.

First there was a phone interview with one of the company managers asking general questions (personal life, professional life, etc). Interview with the HR from the outsourced company that got my information and asked me to fill out a resume and, finally, interview with managers and HR from the company.

A group dynamic activity was conducted with all candidates from all departments. Following that, there was a writing task on a topic chosen by the dynamic's coordinator, and a very simple logical reasoning test with 10 multiple-choice questions, all done through CIEE. After this part, those selected moved on to an individual interview with the manager of the area they applied for.
