I'm Rakesh and I went through 3 interview rounds which were compatible and reasonable. The interview environment was good and comfortable, making it a best experience. I think we should definitely go for it, as it offers a good package and learning experience.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a really drawn-out and messy process. After two phone calls and one in-person interview, there were about 7 tests. They even made me do a bunch of personality tests even though we'd already met. It all felt pretty disconnected. The manager was great, but the others seemed kind of uptight. They said when I'd hear back about results, but they missed their own deadlines every single time.

So, I had an in-person interview after they said thanks for my phone screen (which never even happened). I felt I did pretty well during the onsite, and they told me to do two tough assessments before the final interview. Then I was invited to this final interview that was supposed to be 2.5 hours long. But, less than 48 hours before it, I got an email saying they'd already hired someone else. It was totally unprofessional and disorganized. If they want good employees, this is how they choose them.

I met with the owner and lead engineer 3 times. The interview was very open and seemed natural, I was not uncomfortable at all during the whole process. We went over very generic terms and issues but that's exactly what the position was for. They promised very high growth which was given to me, I strongly believe working with CMIT and their team shaped my career and helped pave the path I am taking today.
