I was recruited by the company for roles, and the whole process was awesome. HR did a great job getting everything out quick with a clear onboarding process. It's been the best experience so far compared to other top lenders I've worked at.

I applied for the job and then an HR person emailed me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. They scheduled it over Microsoft Teams, so I got the app and joined the call at the scheduled time. About 30 minutes passed and no one joined, so I checked my email and saw a message from HR (copying the manager) saying I didn't join the call. They sent that email over 15 minutes before the interview was supposed to start, so it was definitely their mistake. I know things happen, and I was okay with it. But after I politely explained that I was on the call at the right time and said I was still interested, I never heard back from HR or the manager. I never heard from them again.

I had a great experience. First, a phone interview with HR. They shared company and role info. We had a great conversation and talked about my background a lot. Then, an in-person interview with my potential manager. That interview also went great. We discussed expectations for the role. They asked about my skills and for examples.
